This Comfortable Elegance project began with a vision for expansion but revealed many challenges along the way.

We seamlessly wove new life into an existing home by introducing an addition supported by beautifully wood-wrapped steel beams, marrying strength with natural warmth. To maintain harmony between old and new, we custom-matched wood flooring to flow effortlessly through the untouched spaces.

When severe rains threatened the freshly poured foundation, sending water into the finished basement, we acted with resolve and grace, working side by side with the homeowner—sandbags in hand, under a relentless downpour—to protect what mattered. The staircase, too, found new purpose, rebuilt to complement the home’s refined spirit.

The result is an inviting space where modern comfort meets timeless character, embodying our signature effortless elegance despite every challenge along the way.
