Legacy Point: Elevated by Light
Where timeless architecture meets effortless elegance.
At Kurtz Design, we believe every home has a story worth elevating—and in our most recent project, Legacy Point, we were invited to transform a space that had long outgrown its potential.
What began as a kitchen defined by two small, underwhelming windows and builder-grade finishes has been reimagined into a breathtaking statement of light, proportion, and intentional design.
Honoring the Architecture. Enhancing the Experience.
The original layout did little to celebrate the home’s surroundings.
Two small windows offered minimal natural light and almost no connection to the outdoors. We envisioned something far more meaningful—an architectural moment that anchored the space, lifted the eye, and invited the landscape in.
The solution: a stunning, expansive arched window that now defines the entire room. This graceful shape creates a focal point that feels both classic and current, balancing structure and softness in the way only a true architectural curve can.
From Builder Grade to Bespoke Beauty
The cabinetry, originally basic and lacking identity, has been replaced with custom selections that bring richness, refinement, and personality back into the kitchen.
Every profile, finish, and proportion was chosen to complement the new arched window and create a cohesive visual story.
Outdated flooring, lighting, and layout once fragmented the space. Today, the entire room flows with purpose—light travels more freely, movement feels natural, and every element supports everyday living with the quiet luxury that defines the Kurtz Design aesthetic.
Design That Speaks for Generations
Legacy Point is more than a renovation—it’s a re-centering of this home’s heart. By blending architectural integrity with modern conveniences and curated materials, we created a kitchen that feels grounded, luminous, and effortlessly elegant.
This project is a reminder that great design doesn’t just fill a space—it transforms how you experience it.
